About Us (me, really)

G'day! I'm Michael, the creator of Chaotic Critters. I've always worn hats (perks of having a mum and brother with red hair) but always thought they were...basic.

Chaotic Critters is my way to make them more expressive, especially for all you introverts and gremlins out there. Why communicate with people about your interests when you can wear them on your head? Much better than letting other people get a real glimpse of what's going on in there.

I'm a digital marketer by trade, so I thought, why not give it a go? After all, I've browsed thousands of memes and been drawing since I was 16.

July 2024

Scheming

I was living in Argentina while travelling the world and wondering what the hell to do with my life, spending a lot of time drawing. The exact same thing as I'm doing now, but at least I'm back in Aus with family and enjoying the beach. That's when the idea to start this business was born.

Getting Serious

Late nights, a lack of blood circulation from sitting so much and probably (definitely) terrible posture hunching over my tablet, drawing designs and preparing the website.

Finalising Designs

Nothing beats the emotion of receiving a package, even when it's from you to yourself. Hey, just cause I know what's in them doesn't mean I can't enjoy them. Beats bills.

Hellllll yeah. After years of browsing memes and developing a fried sense of humour, we're live! Now you can enjoy the sun, express yourself and turn a few heads.
