6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Change of Mind

We do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or wrong, we will:

• Cover all return postage costs, and

• Send a replacement at no charge.

• Clear photos of the damage or defect

International Returns

If you’re returning an item from outside Australia (and the item is not faulty or damaged), return shipping is at your own cost.
