Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure

  • Compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss

  • Repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the issue is minor

We honour all ACL requirements, even for international customers.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless stated otherwise, all artwork, illustrations, product designs, branding, characters, text, and digital content on this website are owned exclusively by Chaotic Critters.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Hat and clothing designs

  • Characters, illustrations, and artwork

  • Logos and branding

  • Product descriptions, text, and copy

  • Website design and structure

  • Digital downloads and marketing materials

You may NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce, or adapt our designs or artwork

  • Sell or distribute any Chaotic Critters artwork

  • Claim our work as your own

  • Use our IP for commercial purposes without written permission

All rights are reserved. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

4. Ordering & Payments

When you place an order, you agree that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian)

  • All details provided are accurate and complete

  • Prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise

  • Payments are processed securely via our checkout providers

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for:

  • Fraud suspicion

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Product unavailability

  • Violations of these Terms

5. Pricing & Currency

Prices may change at any time without notice.
Discounts, promotions, or offers may be withdrawn at any time.

International customers may see currency conversions provided by Shopify or banks.

6. Shipping

Shipping times, costs, and local-delivery information are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Our products are shipped using Australia Post.

By ordering, you acknowledge that:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees

  • International orders may experience customs delays

  • Customs fees/duties for overseas orders are the buyer’s responsibility

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

We will provide a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • Your item is faulty

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Your order has a major issue under the ACL
